I’m constantly getting Error 3004 and the app only works intermittently. As a paying customer, I’m very disappointed with the quality and reliability of the service. It also won’t let me click through to the help section.

Great for keeping up to date with the latest crime. Only issue is when listening to the podcasts on the app it doesn't move onto the next episode on the podcast series. Especially when I'm driving you want to be on the phone looking for the next episode.

Decant app but podcast player needs work. There is no way to download episodes. I have also found that it doesn't keep your place in episodes so you have to manually go to where you last were in an episode. Lastly, why am I seeing an ad before my episode plays? Surely a subscription should remove any ads?
